      羊肚菌是一種很名貴的食用菌,過去靠野生,產量很少,采集十分困難。我所利用基因工程等高科技手段,經過28年的精心研究,首次取得成功,填補了一項世界空白。羊肚菌是一種高級營養滋補品,具有補腎、壯陽、強身健體、防病治病的作用。西歐國家更加昂貴,需要大量貨源。

羊肚菌項目簡介

      一、羊肚菌的作用:羊肚菌是世界上很名貴的食用菌,屬高級營養滋補品。含豐富的蛋白質、多糖肽、碳水化合物、多種維生素和20多種氨基酸及微量元素。具有補腎、壯陽、補腦、提神的功能;對精腎虧損、陽萎不舉、性功能減退、性欲冷淡有明顯的改善作用;對頭暈失眠、腸胃炎癥、脾胃虛弱、消化不良、飲食不振有良好的療效。長期食用可防癌、抗癌、抑制腫瘤、預防感冒、增加人體免疫力的效果,在醫學上和保健上有重要的開發價值。

   二、羊肚菌營養成份:羊肚菌風味獨特、味道鮮美、嫩脆可口、營養極為豐富。據測定:羊肚菌含蛋白質28.1%、粗脂肪4.40%、氨基酸高達20種、含47.47%、特別是對人體必需的8種氨基酸含量很高,占氨基酸總量的44.14%;多種維生素及礦物質元素含量也極為豐富,有些營養成份超過了“冬蟲夏草”的含量,被譽為食品之冠。 它既是宴席上的珍品,又是醫藥中久負盛名的良藥,過去作為敬獻皇帝的滋補貢品。如今已成為出口西歐國家的高級食品,是一種不含任何激素,無任何副作用的天然保健食品,是人類理想的食品。

       三、羊肚菌開發前景:過去羊肚菌生長在大山區森林之中,一年只長一次,由于受地區、資源等條件限制,產量稀少,采集十分困難,絕大部分沒有被人們發現,而在山上自生自滅。由于它功能齊全、香味獨特、食效顯著、價值相當昂貴。近幾年來我國售價一直穩定在每公斤4000--6000元,特別是西歐國家更加昂貴,需要大量貨源。

       四、羊肚菌開發條件:羊肚菌人工栽培是一項投資低、見效快,收入大的高科技項目。原材料來源豐富,設備簡單,人工栽培的羊肚菌與野生的完全一樣,沒有本質上的區別,主要是采用高科技手段純化后,給它創造更有利的生長條件,促使高產,穩產和便于管理及采收。人工栽培的羊肚菌質量很好,外形美觀,朵形大小均勻,深受市場歡迎。 因此,僅靠野生難以滿足需求,而且野生資源已逐漸枯竭,需求量又逐漸增大。開發人工栽培是解決羊肚菌緊俏的唯一出路,它可以創造更大的經濟財富。

   1、羊肚菌介紹:羊肚菌是一種很名貴的食用菌,營養豐富、味道鮮美。過去靠野生,產量很少,采集十分困難。四川省綿陽市食用菌研究所,從1985年開始,通過27年的精心研究,1000多畝的失敗,580多萬元的損失,終于實現了大田商業化栽培,填補了一項世界空白,獲得國家發明專利,現在可對外技術轉讓及培訓。 
     2、羊肚菌適宜哪些地區栽培:羊肚菌在全國大多數地區都可以栽培,除了干旱的沙漠地區和鹽堿地帶以及熱帶地區(如海南省、廣東省、深圳等熱帶地區不適宜栽培)而外,其余溫帶、冷帶等北方地區都可以栽培。它不怕低溫,怕高溫,凡有野生羊肚菌的產地栽培效果更好。
   3、羊肚菌每畝投資及產菇多少:羊肚菌每畝大約投資5000—8000元(主要是菌種、大棚、原料、人工等費用),每畝產鮮菇(在正常情況下的產量)大約100—300斤,每8斤左右鮮菇可曬干1斤干品。
  4、羊肚菌栽培季節是:羊肚菌播種季節是“冬種春收”,每年的9—12月播種,3—4月采收,一年只能栽培一季,播種時間是根據各地氣候而定。
   5、羊肚菌栽培原料及方式:目前羊肚菌只能采取大田大棚栽培方式,還不能室內栽培,栽培原料主要以木屑和小麥為主,每畝需用栽培菌種300瓶。
  6、羊肚菌產品、價格、銷路:羊肚菌產品非常暢銷,主要出口西歐國家,需要大量貨源。各地都有專門的個體收購商販和其它公司及外貿公司在收購,本所也可以按當年市場價協助學員的產品銷售。羊肚菌鮮品每公斤市場價200—300元,干品每公斤2000—3000元左右。
   7、羊肚菌培訓內容及方法:現場培訓,教學員親自做母種、做原種、做栽培種三個菌種制作及栽培管理技術,學會以后學員自已都會制作菌種了,并可長期提供技術咨詢。
   8、培訓費用:技術培訓費用每人 8000元,每周星期一定期開班,大約一周左右時間,學會為止,食宿費用自理。培訓費包括:原材料費、場地費、實習操作費、水電費、專家老師工時費、資料費、菌種費,后期咨詢服務費等費用,培訓后提供母種2支。
   9、菌種:200元/支,5支起郵,另加郵寄費30元,共計1030元(
菌種僅對本所學員提供,不對外出售), 不能親自來現場參加培訓操作,可能要走很多彎路或失敗,不是學員,不懂技術,因此不賣菌種。
10、風險提示:羊肚菌栽培的成功與失敗,高產與低產,除菌種和技術外,還與環境條件及外界因素有關,特別是溫度、濕度、光照、空氣、酸堿度、營養、土質、氣候、病蟲害、自然災害、栽培工藝、管理技術等都有密切的關系。
建議第一年小面積試栽成功后再擴大。 因此提示:學習及栽培自愿,風險自擔。

A Brief Introduction Of The Patent Transfer Of

I. Functions:
       
The morchella esculenta is the rare edible fungi in the world . It is the high grade nourishment and nutriment, which contains plentiful protein,psp polysaccharied, carbohydrate,diversified vitamins and twenty kinds of aminoacid. It has the effects of nourishing kidney, strengthening the masculline, nourishing brain and refreshing oneself. The morchella esculenta, which doesn’t contain any hormone and has no side-effect, is also a kind of ideal natural health protection and sex protection food.

III. The future of developing morchella esculenta:
        In the past morchella esculenta grew up in the forests of mountain areas. It could be collected only once a year. Because of the limits of its growing conditions, the output was less. Since it was very difficult to collect, a lot of morchella esculenta couldn’t be found, it grew up and died by itself. For a complete range of functions, unique fragrance and outstanding edible effects, its selling price is much higher than other foods. In recent years its selling price in our country has been staying at 3000--4000 yuan (RMB) .Especially in West Europe a lot of dry morchella esculenta are in great need .Its selling price is much higher .However the wild morchella esculenta can not satisfy the need. Besides, the growing conditions of the wild morchella esculenta are disappearing day after day. So artificial cultivation is the only way to solve the problem of the great need of morchella esculenta, which can also bring you a lot of economic interests.

We only use the scientific methods to make it purified. After the purification it can grow in the given favourable conditions. So it is convenient to manage and collect and easy to raise its output.
